Agents will be able to explain the provisions of the GAR Contract to clients, identify common exhibits and special stipulations that should be attached to the contract, and develop positive methods of completing the contract within the bounds of ethical considerations and legal requirements.

$20 for members and $30 for non-members. $25.00 Walk-In Fee for Member, $35.00 Walk-In Fee for Non-Member. Please be sure to pre-register in advance.

Must be in class at 10:00 am and stay the entire time in order to receive the 3 Hours CE Credit.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

DeKalb REALTORS® takes photos at all events. By attending DAR events, you grant permission to take your photo and use for event promotion unless you notify the Association CEO in writing prior to the class.

In the event of inclement weather, DeKalb REALTORS® policy is to follow the DeKalb County School System. Should DeKalb County Schools close or be delayed, DeKalb REALTORS® will also close or be delayed in accordance.

Missy Robinson
Missy Robinson is an Agency Account Executive with Chicago Title and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Companies. Missy graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.B.A in Management and received her J.D. from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2005. Missy was formerly the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TitleWave, a division of Fidelity National Financial, in Ga and SC. Before joining TitleWave in 2014, Missy was a Chicago Title agent in private practice for 10 years focusing on residential and commercial closings. During her time in private practice, Missy served as an Executive Committee Member of the Real Property Law Section of the State
Bar of Georgia for 6 years. During her time on the Executive Committee, she spoke at multiple ICLE seminars, was the chair of the spring residential seminar and a teacher for Realtor’s continuing education. Missy also served as the chair of the Real Estate Pro Bono Committee and was the recipient of the Marshall Tuttle Award by the Military and Veterans Law Section in 2017 for her pro bono work with the State Bar’s Military Legal Assistance Program.
