License Law....a requirement to maintain your Real Estate License!

This course has you covered!! Upon completion of this course you will have a thorough understanding of the rules to Georgia License Law.

After completion of this 3 hours CE Course, agents will be able to: recognize the effects on license status by prohibited conduct, identify requirements between brokers and agents regarding trust and escrow accounts, recognize prohibited unfair trade practices, understand brokerage relationships and engagements, recognize the management roles and responsibilities of real estate transactions, understand the requirements and ramifications of a licensee acting as a principal.

$25.00 Walk-In Fee for Member, $35.00 Walk-In Fee for Non-Member.  Please be sure to register in advance.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that you will not receive CE Credit if you have taken this course at DeKalb Association of REALTORS within 365 days.

Must be in class at 9:30 am and stay the entire time in order to received 3 Hours CE Credit.

Christopher Hoitink

Christopher Hoitink joined MF&L as an associate in 2015. Mr. Hoitink practices primarily as a residential real estate lawyer.

Prior to joining MF&L, Mr. Hoitink was an associate at Hoitink and Dubuc, PC, where he specialized in Residential Real Estate and Estate Planning and Probate.  Mr. Hoitink was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2013 and the South Carolina Bar in 2014 and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Estate Section.


Mr. Hoitink was born in Marietta, Georgia.  He attended the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in 2005.  Mr. Hoitink went on to practice landscape architecture for 5 years in Lawrenceville, Georgia.  He then attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2012.
