Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles (current cycle is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2021).

REALTORS® who have completed the required ethics training within a three-year cycle in one association shall not be required to complete any further ethics training for that same training cycle if the REALTOR® becomes or is a member of another association. 

Please be sure to register in advance: Member price is $15 and $20 for Non-Members. Walk-In fees are $20 for Members and $25 for Non-Members. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that you will not receive CE Credit if you have taken this course at DeKalb Association of REALTORS within 365 days.

Must be in class at 9:30 am and stay the entire time in order to receive the 3 Hours of CE Credit.

DeKalb REALTORS® takes photos at all events. By attending DeKalb events, you grant permission to take your photo and use for event promotion unless you notify the CEO in writing prior to the event.

In the event of inclement weather, DeKalb REALTORS® policy is to follow the DeKalb County School System. Should DeKalb County Schools close or be delayed, DeKalb REALTORS® will also close or be delayed in accordance.

Michelle Pettway
Michelle Pettway has been a licensed real estate in the state of Georgia for several years. Her field of expertise is the pre-foreclosure market. She also enjoys teaching and training others in the field real estate.Originally from New York, Michelle attended The State University of New York at New Paltz. In 1991, she relocated to the Metro Atlanta area where she met her now husband of seventeen years and together they have two teenage daughters. Michelle is a contributing member of the Dekalb Association of REALTORS and is the CEO of her own training and consulting company, Real Estate Systems Training Institute. Michelle has published the book American Dream or Mortgage Nightmare: Techniques for buyers, sellers, agents and homeowners who want to avoid and recover from foreclosure!.
