Advanced Commercial Prospecting- The NCREA will discuss with you the buyers system, the GRID system, how to create a CRE referral system from your RESIDENTIAL sphere, and how to shift your business with our suggested market of moment system.

In this 2 hour course, The NCREA will show you how your prospecting efforts can be supercharged using our 4 Systems lead generation model. You will also learn how to follow The 7 Immutable Laws of Prospecting to build a lasting and self-sustaining Commercial business. And we will walk you through several commercial investment planning strategies for different types of Investors (Appreciation, Cash Flow, or Middle of the Road).
