License Law....a requirement to maintain your Real Estate License!

This course has you covered!! Upon completion of this course you will have a thorough understanding of the rules to Georgia License Law.

After completion of this 3 hours CE Course, agents will be able to: recognize the effects on license status by prohibited conduct, identify requirements between brokers and agents regarding trust and escrow accounts, recognize prohibited unfair trade practices, understand brokerage relationships and engagements, recognize the management roles and responsibilities of real estate transactions, understand the requirements and ramifications of a licensee acting as a principal.

Non-Member Fee: $30

Michelle Pettway
Michelle Pettway has been a licensed real estate in the state of Georgia for several years. Her field of expertise is the pre-foreclosure market. She also enjoys teaching and training others in the field real estate.Originally from New York, Michelle attended The State University of New York at New Paltz. In 1991, she relocated to the Metro Atlanta area where she met her now husband of seventeen years and together they have two teenage daughters. Michelle is a contributing member of the Dekalb Association of REALTORS and is the CEO of her own training and consulting company, Real Estate Systems Training Institute.
