This is a 3 hour seminar which focuses on real estate tech-education, application, and meeting customer needs and expectations. The seminar will give agents the opportunity to understand the technological concepts of an evolving real estate industry while also learning how to use them in their day-to-day transactions. This seminar was written by D. Hunter Morgan, the director of Training at dotloop. He understands that the average real estate agent is 55+ while the average home buyer is in their mid-thirties and has made it his mission to bridge the communication gap by teaching agents to understand and embrace technology to work better together.

$25.00 Walk-In Fee for Member, $35.00 Walk-In Fee for Non-Member. Please be sure to pre-register in advance.

Please note that you will not receive CE Credit if you have taken this course within 365 days.

Must be in class at 9:30am and stay the entire time in order to received 3 Hours CE Credit.

Craig McClelland
Craig’s real estate experience started by exceeding 30 closings in his first year in the business. Taking the leap of joining a partner to open an office in his second year in the business. With the simple goal of creating a successful real estate operation. After growing the volume of the office, agent count, and strengthening the brand. Craig began the franchising process and expansion of the model nationwide. By 2007 the operation consisted of 23 offices and in excess of 1000 agents spanning 10 states. Selling his company and joining Metro Brokers in the second quarter of 2008, Craig has been instrumental in helping Metro Brokers navigate through the worst real estate environment on record in the US. Originally hired as Director of Strategic Growth, over the years Craig has been responsible for the mergers and acquisitions of more than a dozen companies and their agents into Metro Brokers. In addition, he has played the key role in bringing new business lines, opportunities, and revenue streams to the company.

Today Craig holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Metro Brokers Inc.
