Benita Turner
Benita J. Turner is proud to be born, raised, and educated in Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia Southern University. She served two years in AmeriCorps from 2008-2010 where she served as a Case Manager with Task Force for the Homeless and at Resources for Residents and Communities in the Homeownership Center. The experience of working in the non-profit sector gave her the opportunity to understand several sides of housing in Atlanta which renewed a commitment for service and responsibility to the community. Armed with the desire to educate future buyers with compassion and competence, she became a REALTOR®. She has been an active licensed agent since 2010, attended Mercer University for a Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership, obtained her Broker license in 2014, and Instructors license in 2017. Benita has a passion for education and seeks to positively impact her students by use of multi-media tools and relevant resources to keep learners effectively engaged.
