VIRTUAL CLASS

This class is to ensure that students understand Fair Housing and its impact on communities and individuals. Fair Housing Law establishes equal treatment for everyone as the standard. Social stigmas, personal biases, and stereotypes can affect the way we do business subconsciously. The perception of biased treatment will lead to trouble, while sensitivity to diverse cultures leads to inclusion which increase the quality of LIFE FOR ALL in the community!

BEFORE SIGNING UP, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES:

Students must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers.
Students are required to enable video so that attendance can be monitored.
Students are expected to attend the entire class (except during any official class break) just as if they were sitting in a classroom.


Judge Parker
Judge Parker earned his real estate license in 1998 and broker license in 2001. While actively selling real estate, Judge achieved annual sales high enough to place him in the Multi – Million Dollar Club. Judge has handled real estate transactions in numerous areas, including first-time buyers, investment properties, foreclosures, residential resales, luxury homes and commercial resales.

Actively involved in his profession, his volunteer activities have included: • Serving on the Metro South Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 1999-2008 • Chairing the MSAR board’s Education Committee 2004-2005 & 2009 • Served as the Dean of the MSAR Education Foundation in 2005-2007 & 2009 • The Georgia Association of Realtors Board of Directors 2005-2008 • Vice President of Professional Development in 2006 • Vice President of Member Services 2009 • Real Estate Instructor for MSAR Education Foundation, Dekalb Association of Realtors and Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors- 2000 to present • Approved GAR Instructor 2007 to present • Graduate of Georgia Association of Realtors Leadership Academy 2007 • Georgia Association of Realtors Executive Committee Member 2007 to 2009 • License Georgia Real Estate Instructor

Judge has spent countless hours training/instructing thousands of real estate professionals. He has also been responsible for creating and implementing several new continuing education programs for Agents/ Realtors.
