The business of real estate has changed dramatically in the century since REALTORS® created the Code of Ethics. But the Code has served as a steadfast reminder of the duties REALTORS® have to clients, customers, and the public even as it evolves with the times. The National Association of REALTORS® requires that all REALTORS® take a Code of Ethics training every two years. A new two-year cycle began January 1, 2017. The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2018. Have you taken yours? Member price is $10 for advanced registration and $15 for walk-in registration. Non-Member price is $20 for advanced registration and $25 for walk-in registration. DeKalb REALTORS® takes photos at all events. By attending DeKalb events, you grant permission to take your photo and use for event promotion unless you notify the CEO in writing prior to the event. While actively selling real estate, Judge achieved annual sales high enough to place him in the Multi – Million Dollar Club. Judge has handled real estate transactions in numerous areas, including first-time buyers, investment properties, foreclosures, residential resales, luxury homes and commercial resales.
