REALTORĀ® members must complete 3 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles (current cycle is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2021).

REALTORSĀ® who have completed the required ethics training within a three-year cycle in one association shall not be required to complete any further ethics training for that same training cycle if the REALTORĀ® becomes or is a member of another association.

BEFORE SIGNING UP, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES:

Students must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers.
Students are required to enable video so that attendance can be monitored.
Students are expected to attend the entire class (except during any official class break) just as if they were sitting in a classroom.


Michelle Pettway
Michelle Pettway has been a licensed real estate in the state of Georgia for several years. Her field of expertise is the pre-foreclosure market. She also enjoys teaching and training others in the field real estate.Originally from New York, Michelle attended The State University of New York at New Paltz. In 1991, she relocated to the Metro Atlanta area where she met her now husband of seventeen years and together they have two teenage daughters. Michelle is a contributing member of the Dekalb Association of REALTORS and is the CEO of her own training and consulting company, Real Estate Systems Training Institute. Michelle has published the book American Dream or Mortgage Nightmare: Techniques for buyers, sellers, agents and homeowners who want to avoid and recover from foreclosure!.
