This course is tailored to the needs of real estate licensees, providing detailed guidance regarding properly completing GAR Forms. Member fee is $20 with early registration or a $25.00 walk-in fee. Non-Member fee is $30 with early registration or a $35 walk-in fee. Please be sure to register in advance. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Must be in class by 9:30am and stay the entire time in order to receive the 3 Hours of CE Credit. Please note that you will not receive CE Credit if you have taken this course within 365 days. He obtained his brokers license and was a practicing attorney focusing on real estate issues by the age of 26. Howell received both a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Law Degree from Atlanta Law School, where he graduated Valedictorian of his class of 123. As an attorney with Morris | Schneider | Wittstadt since 1986, he is a Partner of the firm, the Director of Education and serves as Executive Vice President of LandCastle Title. His firm has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as being in the “Top 25 Law Firms in Atlanta” and has over 50 offices in 13 states. Howell has had several articles published in The Atlanta Business Chronicle, The National Mortgage Professional Magazine, The Georgia Mortgage Press, REALTOR® Magazine, The Barrow News and DS News. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta (teaching Real Estate Finance), an instructor for the Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI), and has been a featured presenter on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Podcasts.
