Must be in class at 10:00 am and stay the entire time in order to receive the 3 Hour CE Credit.

Members price is $10 or $15 on-site. Non-members are $15 or $20 on-site. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

DeKalb REALTORS® takes photos at all events. By attending DAR events, you grant permission to take your photo and use for event promotion unless you notify the Association CEO in writing prior to the class.

In the event of inclement weather, DeKalb REALTORS® policy is to follow the DeKalb County School System. Should DeKalb County Schools close or be delayed, DeKalb REALTORS® will also close or be delayed in accordance.

Jenice Brinkley
In 2008 Jenice Brinkley took a leap of FAITH and partnered with her husband and opened Brinkley Realty Group in Decatur where they have 16 agents. She has been in Real Estate since 2001 and spent 7 years with RE/MAX where she built her foundation.

Jenice is a top producer with several million dollar producer awards from DeKalb REALTORS®, REMAX and the Empire Board of Realtist. She has received the BEST East Metro REALTOR® Award in 2012 as well as the Empire Board of Realtist Broker Award in 2014.

Currently, she is a local listing broker for HUD/A Team Realty, LLC and has been for the past 5 years. She has offered many classes to agents on the process of how to successfully sell HUD homes.

Jenice has been a broker since 2014 and is currently managing broker for  Brinkley Realty Group. Her designations include: ABR, CDPE, CRS and REO specialist. She is also a graduate of DeKalb Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
