Learn simple yet effective physical techniques to allow you to escape from violent encounters and be taught both verbal and body language techniques that are very useful in handling uncomfortable situations. De-escalation strategies will also be taught to help reduce the risk of a violent episode. Brown Bag Session is free to DeKalb Association of REALTORS Members!
