Existing REALTOR® members must complete 3 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles (current cycle is January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2021).

REALTORS® who have completed the required ethics training within a three-year cycle in one association shall not be required to complete any further ethics training for that same training cycle if the REALTOR® becomes or is a member of another association.

Members: $10; Non-Members: $15 - Fees and free class coupon are non-refundable and are non-transferable.

Please note that you will not receive CE Credit if you have taken this course at DeKalb Association of REALTORS® within 365 days.

BEFORE SIGNING UP, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES:

Students must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers.
Students are required to enable video so that attendance can be monitored.
Students are expected to attend the entire class (except during any official class break) just as if they were sitting in a classroom.


Gregory McCord
Gregory is an Atlanta native earning his Georgia Real Estate License 1999, Broker License 2003, and Instructor License 2019. Gregory is the Broker/Owner of Lamar Real Estate Group LLC. He was top producing Associate Broker with RE/MAX for 12 years, a top producing salesperson with Coldwell Banker Buckhead Brokers for 3 years, and an approved REO/Bank Owned (foreclosure) listing agent for Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Fannie Mae and 2008 Life Recipient of DeKalb Association of REALTORS® Pinnacle Award. Gregory owned and operated several successful tax businesses in DeKalb County, GA for 15 years and sold to H&R Block. After the premature death of his daughter Courtney E. McCord, an educator on July 4, 2015, Gregory wanted to honor his daughter. His wisdom attained in real estate, along with the knowledge gained throughout his years as a professional business owner, has allowed him to continue her legacy as an instructor. Learning is easy when it’s taught by people who love what they do, Real Estate is Gregory's profession, and he loves it. Gregory looks forward to classrooms with students he can impact with his wisdom, knowledge, and help them enhance their real estate careers. Gregory is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), Georgia REALTORS (GAR), and an instructor for the GAR Partners in Education Program (PIE).
