Upon completion of this course you will have a thorough understanding of the rules to Georgia License Law. After completion of this 3 hours CE Course, agents will be able to: recognize the effects on license status by prohibited conduct, identify requirements between brokers and agents regarding trust and escrow accounts, recognize prohibited unfair trade practices, understand brokerage relationships and engagements, recognize the management roles and responsibilities of real estate transactions, understand the requirements and ramifications of a licensee acting as a principal.
