DescriptionLocationInstructors This course provides an overview and analysis of the Federal and Georgia laws, statutes, regulations, and rules that govern real estate transactions/mortgages. The course is broken down into clear segments that explain key legal concepts like RESPA, kickbacks, permitted and prohibited duties, and more. The course explores the origins of the regulations, their rationales, and significance. Course takers will also take a look at how Federal regulations impact the Real Estate process in Georgia. Additional license law concepts like fair and accurate advertising, predatory lending, fraud detection, and others will all be addressed.
