Barlay is a partner and co-manages the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate practice and manages the operations and affairs of the firm’s Conyers and Covington offices. Thua previously owned his own practice and prior to that worked at King & Spalding, LLP as a Special Assignment Attorney.Thua received his law degree from Indiana University Robert H.
