VIRTUAL CLASS VIA ZOOM

In this class, the student will learn how to search for comparables and present the results using Paragon. The goal is to help the student determine the type of search and reports that will be most effective based on the purpose of the analysis. Students will learn to customize and save a CMA search template and become familiar with many reports that present comparables and statistics. Other activities will include setting up the key elements of a CMA Presentation using the CMA wizard and defining geographic search areas using map tools. This is a hands-on class at the Tucker location. It is lecture style at Morrow, Duluth, and other scheduled sites.
