DescriptionLocation Online New Member Orientation is taught via Google Classroom and is not a live stream. The assignments are assigned on 9/6/22 and must be completed by 9/13/22 Any licensee applying for REALTOR® membership for the first time with DeKalb REALTORS® is required to attend a mandatory New Member Orientation within a ninety (90) day time period of membership application. There is no cost for the online course available through Google Classroom which allows you to complete the class at your own pace. Please note that this online version does not include the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and does not provide any CE credit. You must finish the Code of Ethics and provide proof of completion to membership within the ninety (90) day time period of membership application approval. **To complete the required Code of Ethics training go to NAR.realtor and create your account. Search for Code of Ethics training and scroll down to view the FREE course with NO CE credit, and the course for $29.95 that provides 3 hours of CE credit. Either one will satisfy your requirement.
