This course will provide information and guidance for agents to be able to assist "everyone" reach their real estate goals and remain ADA compliant.

When asked, most agents say that their number one reason for being an agent is to help people reach their real estate goals. In representing owners, agents assist in the process by giving advice on how to make the home more appealing to buyers or tenants. In representing buyers or tenants, agents work diligently to locate suitable properties for purchase or lease. These processes can be rather routine with a few tweaks

When representing or working with a client who is differently abled, most agents are not prepared to assist that person. Or worse, agents solely rely on the most basic knowledge concerning accessibility.  The more inclusive an agent's service is, the better for all.

FAIR HOUSING - CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the Cancellation Policy fully.

If your schedule forces you to cancel your registration, be sure to do so PRIOR to 11:00 p.m. on the day BEFORE the class date to avoid being assessed a cancellation fee.

Steps to Cancel a Class Registration - Member
  1. Log into your PEAR Member Portal
  2. Hover over the Events Tab
  3. Tap My Classes
  4. Tap the Details Button
  5. Tap the Cancel Button in the righthand margin of the webpage
  6. Confirm Class Cancellation Fee
  7. Confirm Refund Total
  8. Tap the Submit Cancellation button
  9. Print Cancellation Confirmation
  10. Hover over the Events Tab, across the top of the webpage
  11. Tap My Classes to confirm that this class is no longer listed
