You will discover the difference  between before tax and after tax ROI and  how investors use them to identify their  next purchase. Learn how to calculate  more than just your commission in this  amazing introductory class. 
(This class is a  great prep course for the 3-day hosted by  The NCREA or to use as practice if you've  already received your Certified Real  Estate Investment Planning Specialists  and National Commercial Real Estate  Association Designations)
