Upon completion of this course attendees will be able to demonstrate the proper use of GAR Forms based on GAR's licensing requirements. Course will further demonstrate the proper way of completing the Purchase & Sale Agreement and identify other GAR Forms and Special Stipulations which may be necessary to be used and completed with the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
